Cancellation & Refund Policy — Aegean Nest Fourkas

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering flexible, guest-friendly cancellation terms.

Free cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation at any time before check-in, for any reason. We will issue a full refund with no penalties.

Early departure:
If you need to shorten your stay after arrival, we will refund the unused nights, regardless of the reason.

Refund method:
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for booking, or as otherwise agreed with the guest, within 3–5 business days.
